Shipping your package
Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after payment is received. They are shipped with the carrier of our choice, with a tracking number, and delivered without a signature. Whatever delivery method you choose, we send you a link to track your package online.
Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
Shipping is free on all products over $50, except for products that are too heavy or too large. Additional fees of $40 to $150 may apply for these exceptions. If your delivery address is in an "exception zone" for our carriers, we reserve the right to cancel your order or to offer you additional fees, which you may accept or decline at your discretion. Our free shipping is based on the standard rates of several carriers, but we must apply this limitation when carrier fees are excessive.
Temporary notice: trailer hitches
Due to a temporary supply delay, shipping of trailer hitches may take up to 4 additional business days beyond our usual timeframe. All other product categories are not affected. We will update this notice as soon as things are back to normal. Thank you for your understanding.
